Interestingly my son got a letter from Equifax (He's never had direct contact with them) and they have been hacked and his details are out there.  You can't foccin win.

If you want the truth, ask the foccers!

Went to book a b&b on airbnb (never used it before) and it wont let me book without me confirming my ID with a photo of my passport and no doubt more questions about who I am.

Simple question really, Is it safe ???

Not 100 percent sure but I think the renewal fees are shown now days due to financial rules stating that brokers can't sell products based on commission.

I have some buy to lets and the mortgage brokers now charge an arrangement fee for their services where they never used to.

Same sort of scenario I was phoning up to tell them I could get it much cheaper elsewhere and after a few words I told them just to cancel it then. Luckily the bloke asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel the current policy or did I mean let the policy lapse on the renewal date.

Is that 3KVA at peak power? As that would only be about 1.5KVA at normal sustained level.
You can buy an uprated AVR for most generators but it might burn out the alternator over time. Much better to bite the bullet and get a larger generator.

A mate of mine has no mains electric and generates his own power. One day he came round to ask what I knew about generators as both of his weren't giving any output. After a brief reply of "Nothing" I went round to look. Luckily one of the gennies had worn the brushes out while the other had blown the AVR - I managed to swap the brushes over and got one working.
Looking on ebay I found replacement brushes for a couple of quid a set so I bought 3 sets. The AVR was about £45. There are many cheaper AVR's on ebay but when you investigate further they are not pure sine wave and are you going to trust an AVR that's only a fiver?
I've learnt a fair bit about generators which is a good job because he brought another one round the other day that needs fixing.

Did anyone else understand a single word of that??  :lol

The important thing to say is to "let your current policy lapse".

I suppose the other option would be to make sure you've a good stash of 1 and 2 euro coins,so there'd be no problem in the rain and no hidden charges.Calais to Reims is roughly 14 euros on a bike.

And how long will you be at the machine putting 14 coins in :lol

On the TV this morning they said to wash your hands properly you should sing the Happy Birthday song twice while washing.
I went in the shower and chuckled while wondering how many times i should sing it washing my fat body!!!
