For those two criteria - PR3's although the newer PR4 is out now so should be even better!

Most modern sports touring tyres will serve your needs,ive been using metzeler z6 for the past two years and love them esp at £160 a pair! I believe the pirelli equivelents are a little cheaper.
I wouldn't worry mate, I get 15000 on average out the pr3 rear!
I ride all year round and have had no problems with Maxxis SupermaxxUnbeatable value at £136 a pair
I had to have a valve replaced and the guy said my tyre was getting squred off or something like that, what of an issue is this?The tread iss ok and I have not noticed anything whilst riding
