Saw an ad for quite a good security gadget, but only available in the US as far as I can see. It’s a 50 quid lightbulb, that is a 360 degree camera,and a motion detector light. It’s blue toothed to your phone, so providing there’s been no incidents, you delete the footage whenever it starts to eat up memory. Obviously can be fitted anywhere there’s a lightbulb holder. Seemed a good idea.

That advert keeps coming up - might try one in the kitchen

Just need the light fitting to be changed from bayonet to screw in. Think I’ll give one a go in the porch. Plenty on Amazon/eBay.

What always made me chuckle when we had dogs, was the look you got when they’re surrounded by the damage they’ve caused, that said “Moi”. As though someone had come in, smashed the place up while they were asleep.

Meanwhile - had a quick spin down to Devon today (a small airfield near Seaton). I am loving the Avon's. Absolutely brilliant. 280 miles round trip.
