There was a wanted on here not long ago. I was after a set too but now have the bits, pre made conversion at a good price so yours will be snapped up I’m sure.
I actually got the full lot with wheel, tyre, calipers and discs which I don’t need as my original gear will fit. But figured I could re sell all that lot to recoup some of my initial outlay. Given this I think the cost to do the upgrade with original R1 forks (no new springs etc) will be around £300
I know you’re talking about discs but beware of Armstrong pads. I’ve used their sintered versions in the past on another bike and they were simply awful in the wet. In fact they were dangerous, no bite at all.
Saw a car yesterday which was slightly wondering about in the road, then noticed a toothbrush in the drivers hand as he made a turn. Can you really be that late to not do that at home before you leave?
It’s usually lipstick and mascara application in the queuing traffic when i hit Leicester. Cretins!
