New tubes arrived today. Just got to wait for the longer 8mm hex key to arrive tomorrow so I can finish stripping one of the legs. Plan is to rebuild once I have got the legs powder coated or painted next week. At 18st I an trying to decide if standard springs and 15w wiill be enough or to add progressive springs and/or adjuster caps.
if you add adjusters to "old" style forks you'll need a longer spacer tube or add a couple of large washers to take up the gap..
dows anyone know if the caps have the same thread from earlier to later models for a possible cheap upgrade ??
Remember if you do the front you've got the do the back to match or you're wasting your time and money.
