Purchased some redex and plug resisitors to get fitted later :) and hopefull stop my bogging issue

I dropped 3.5 litres out of mine to take it to the Max I'd say there main issues for to much oil are blowing seals the risk of hydraulicking and possibly breathing so heavy it ruins on oil.
Luckily mine seems ok except the bogging fault :(

Anything can be argued at court it's a different burden of proof to a simple etc where you rear end somebody

Re the investigation to the rtc was anybody injured !!.
He's rear ended you so he's liable full stop and technically driving without due care.
The general thought will be it's his fault he's loosing no claims and if no injuries it's not in the public interest to pursue a prosecution.
If the accident was investigated phone records could be obtained but you would need a good time line to compare to

Mine bogs between 7ish to 10 now the old one had oil in as the bike was over filled when I bought it

If its for me I fitted a new air filter new new oil and filter new oil new plugs and trimmed the leads.

I have also drained the carbs I would say all the above has made it slightly better but not perfect.

It has to be the carbs as it was fine until the air filter was changed and the oil drained it did have 3.5 litres above the max !!!!!!!

I have a stutter/ bogging issue when warm mainly since changing the oil and draining the excess !!! And fitting a new filter itnow bogs between 7, 000 and 10,000 plugs didn't sort it either carb balance next week and see what happens hope you get it sorted :)
