removed my ais using ivans kit everything done correctly only problem is when holding constant throttle revs go up and done slightly was thinking my carbs could need balanced carbs are jetted using ivans kit

Are you sure you've correctly capped off the airbox stub and carb rubber stub !?! (Credit to Pat's Motorcycle Page for Photos).
