Fantastic news about the proposed road races on the I.O.W. it's going to be a 12ish mile long course hopefully starting in October 2021,lets just hope it's not another "curcuit of wales",but I don't think so,they've got some clued up people involved already so I would have thought to have got this far the local council, police, etc would have given it the thumbs up,everything crossed. :woot

have family in the Isle of Wight

My place is booked already no matter what the final date is

so far I've never made it to the Isle of Mann so this will just have to do !

Only issue is , lets see what it does to the price of the ferries,
they do hold everyone to ransom

As they say it is the most expensive mile for mile water crossing in the world !

I'll definitely have some of that. 200mph down the Military Road. I thought it was scary stuff doing half that, two up on my Norton back in '66, the week England won the World Cup. Will be on holiday there soon, so will take in a proposed lap, all be it in a Vauxhall :lol .

In the vid of the proposed lap of the course all I can say the bikes sound awful !!!
engine noise sound like they are about to blow up !

I know they are not under any load but still I'm sure the exhaust should sound better than a tin box with some bolts in being shaken !
