Hi I have just got home from the spring meet thanks to the AA as my Radiator has sprung a leak, I am hoping to have it fix for the week end but it is in the balance, so I am hoping if I do not make it Cert will do the honours for me and welcome the Londoners. But I hope to buy and fit a radiator for the week end as I m cycling to work till I have done it.
Chris, I'm sure you will get it sorted in time but don't worry if not the London boys will be looked after whatever happens, in the mean time keep pedalling it will keep you nice and fit.   :lol

Has a time been arranged at Jack's yet?
If you would like to have a breakfast before we go then give yourself time allowing for a 10.30am group depart for those who wish to do so. :thumbup

As pointed out this date coincides with Spring meet weekend also on the following Sunday several of you are meeting up with the view of riding to BOTW via Jacks Hill Café. In the past we have meet up there for breakfast and then ridden on to Bourton, so let's change my proposed date and make it Sunday June 2nd. For those who can't make it to Jacks Hill Cafe, we will see you at Bourton.   :)

Erm, wasnt Sunday June 2nd your original proposed date at the top of the page???
Hi Doddsie,  as Dead Eye correctly worked out my original proposed date at the top of the page was edited and changed to Sunday June 2nd so not to clash with the Spring Meet date as was originally suggested, sorry for any confusion caused but it is definitely now JUNE 2nd.

Hello guys and girls, how's about another meet at our BOTW venue real soon, if we keep on leaving it you know what will happen it will be to late again and another year will have flown by.  :rolleyes    :'(
So I would like to suggest Sunday 2nd June that's four Sundays from now, if for some reason that is bad for the majority then let's put it to the vote and come up with a date to better suit everyone.
For those coming along for the first time, dedicated bike parking is normally available opposite the chippy  in the main high street GL54 2BY and we meet from about 11.00 am onwards.
Come on put your name down you know that you want to,  :lol
See you there.

Her fucking funeral is going to cost £10 million, source http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/taxpayers-can-well-afford-to-contribute-to--estimated-10m-cost-of-baroness-thatchers-funeral-says-william-hague-8567102.html

I am fucking apoplectic with rage at this disgusting waste of mine and every other taxpayers hard earned money when the family are not short of a few quid.

Get the fuck ugly fat daughter and the useless twat of a son (presuming he's not lost in Milton Keynes or somewhere) to dig a hole and sling the old bag in it followed by some shite and gravel.

Good afternoon young man some very strong views there, I've read yours now read mine.
Firstly stop taking the piss out of Milton Keynes, have you ever been there???????   :D
Secondly how about showing a bit of respect for the deceased.  :eek    :evil
Thirdly are you aware that she negotiated billions in refunds from the EU for our country during her office, so a small price to pay I say!   :rolleyes

General / Re: Abolish road tax for bikes
« on: 09 April 2013, 12:19:51 pm »
As has been pointed out the tax is now known as Vehicle Excise Duty and I believe just go's into the pot with all our other tax's, when it was originally brought in the Road Tax went to the up keep of our roads. I personally would like to see it put back to being called road tax and used to maintain the third world condition of our terrible roads. Get our roads back to a good standard and stop keep patching them, it's only force economy doing so costing a dam site more in the long run because they just don't last. Do this and I would be quite happy to pay this particular tax where as at the moment I agree with many of your sentiments of it being unfair for motor cycles.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, I'm inclined to think that she will be remembered  for what her being in power meant to you at the time. Personally I think that overall she did a very good job, although not perfect (then who is) she was a dam site more decisive than most of them around her. She certainly deserves remembering for more positives than negatives and a lot more respect from those with derogatory remarks. RIP Lady.
