Has anyone replaced the sidelight bulbs for brighter white or blue bulbs on their FZ1n ? If yes, which bulbs did you use please and did they last the pace ? This is more for looks and daytime ‘ I’m here ‘ riding. TIA LT.

Thanks Des but I'm more in the line of pegs only. Just want to make sure I don't get shitty soft ones 👍🏻👍🏻

Back again ! The bike starts fine, idles fine but then starts to die as the bike warms up. When it has warmed up there are almost continuous flames coming out the exhaust which ends up glowing inside like a red hot poker !! If they change the ECU, does it have to be flashed to suit that bikes key ? Many thanks.

According to friends mechanic the ECU is ok and he is saying it's the oxegen sensor. As far as I know the bike is standard apart from the exhaust. Replacement O2 sensors are proving hard to find apart from America!

Has anyone had a red 600 stolen recently ? Just seen one found on Facebook and they are trying to trace the owner.

Hi Can anyone recommend a set of bar end mirrors for an FZ1n please. I like the look of the round ones, folding if possible but the main thing is price ! I don't want to go silly incase I don't like them but also not to cheap that they are crap. Cheers

I would go with OEM if you can, I managed to find a set on eBay for my Gen1. As the Gen2 is discontinued you might find a dealer selling off bits cheap.
Cheers PieEater, found one for £150 posted. It has no washer and is not continuous but think I'll go for that. Washer is £5 on fleabag. 👍🏻

The time has come for a new chain and sprocket after 23000 miles. Would you stick to genuine Yamaha or go for an after market setup ? Any thoughts and advice will be much appreciated thanks. Bike :- FZ1n

Can anyone recommend a front and rear paddock stand please. Rear bobbins too if required. Don't want to spend loads but also don't want my bike ( FZ1n) on the floor. Many thanks.
