We've a lot of things on over May/June, but I'm going to try to clear that Sunday so that Liz and I can come along.Last visit to Rutland Water was the one warm sunny Sunday last November - we did the 25 mile loop around the reservoir on the pedal bikes - but all the way there and back we were saying that the roads were great for our proper bikes.
Stuff that,, I aint peddling nowhere, staying in the pub

I could possibly do that, it would probably be the first decent run the fazer's had since I got it going again. The A607 from Grantham to Melton Mowbray then A606 from Melton to Rutland water is a great road.

Right at the top takes you to Melton Mowbray and probably a better road (twisty)
