Wheel rim stickers
« on: 27 February 2012, 10:06:24 pm »
Hi guys,

I have a black fazer and fancy some wheel rim stickers. Only problem is black won't show so I am thinking of going for white. Would this look OK and does any one have them and can give me a photo.? I might also go wor the word fazer on the wheel.

Bit bored at the moment  :lol :lol

I've got white on mine but the bike's silver, I'll post a photo when I've got one to hand (should be later today).

Here you go, scuse the dirt. They came on a sheet as arcs so aren't "one piece" and were abit tricky to fit. They're pretty thick and have gotten abit tatty so I might replace them with some thinner ones over the summer when I take the wheels off for sprocket replacement.

Thanks guys I really appreceiate the time to take photos.

I didn think that white maybe to striking but as the bike is black I wanted a colour that would fit. Are all the types reflective ? I was looking at these.

I was thinkng of something like this.

I think my stripes are 10 mm type, 4 sections didn't quite cover the circumference so had to chop the spares up. I used the lip of the wheel as a guide, they were a pain and I will probably try spool type next time. Suppose you only fit them once if you do it properly though, make sure the wheels are very clean.
