Hi. I wonder if anyone out there can answer the following question.
I had a fall on my 2003 fazer 600 the other day (the model with the Thundercat engine).
The exhaust silencer was completely damage and so I need to replace it.
Does anyone know if the standard exhaust silencers on the earlier models (i.e. the one with the pillar box headlights) will fit a 2003 model.
Cheers.
Marty.

Yes, the foxeye model is what you have & the earlier model we call the boxeye, the answer to your question is they are the same silencer.

Nice one. Thanks for the prompt reply Bandit. I just hope it's only the silencer that was written off and I haven't damaged the downpipes too.
I won't know until I try and fit an new silencer/link pipe onto the collector box end of it, but it's possible It may be slightly twisted. I could have also damaged the read footrest too (although it doesn't look damaged or bent).
Martin.

Being that the downpipes end under to side of bike I think you maybe O.K, plenty of used end cans on Ebay just make sure you get a decent un dented one or if you've got the cash replace with a new chrome Venom end can & link pipe from Motad, best to ring them for best price if you want to go down this route.

I've got my 2003 Foxeye old can dented after off.
You can buy brand new shiny can and a link pipe for £119
