It's probabably about time (12 yr old Foxeye) that I changed the brake lines... (and fluid!) What's the easiest replacement set up, standard or race? Never replaced brake lines before but willing to give it a go

Jesus, that's bad, bet there were a few sore balls that day!
I remember as a kid I was tearing around the local off road area that actually used to be a quarry/mine with a mate on the back of my TS 100 and I turned a bend and went straight into a ditch.
My balls hit the tank then my mate slammed into my back slamming my already bruised balls back into the tank!
Balls........

Funny you should mention T 30 Bridgestones, I've got one on the front and after 4000 miles it's starting to square off My last BT 023 F went on for 16,000 miles and no problems

I just changed my chain at 52,000 miles, I bought the bike at 25,000 and it had a newish looking DID chain on it then so not too bad. When I changed the chain I put the uprated sprocket nut on so it had been running on that for the whole 52K Got a Regina HD chain and sprok set for £130 at Essential Rubber near the Blackwall Tunnell, good value I thought!

Then it got towed to a garage in Hemel Hempstead and while I was arranging to get it fixed, there was a huge storm that blew a tree down from an adjacent property taking out part of the garage and my car as wel....

http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/tents/p/Vango-Alpha-300/19I've got one of these, very robust as I found out one night camped on the cliffs above Durdle Door in Dorset. Packs up small, plenty of room and does what you want, easy to pitch. Also got it cheap for £50 at a local camping shop so there you go.

Word of warning, I did one last year and the marshal before we went onto the track didn't like my zip up 2 piece, said the zip didn't go round enough (3/4 the way round) and didn't like my winter gloves!
Got on the track all right but be prepared...
