Definitely more of a knock or clatter than a rattle.Sounds like its coming from the front sprocket cover.When you touch that area, you can feel the knock. Does it in drive and when stationary.
What is your idle speed set to?

May even just be the rear wheel alignment out too?But when you mention "stationary" do you mean completely still, or with the bike on the centre stand, bike in gear and the rear wheel moving?
