not a realy cheap mod but Ivans full monty jet kit improves the bike all over the whole rev range. adding midrange and top bhp.
affter the full monty i had a perfect fuel/air mix all the way to red line

ivans is by far the best single way to improve performance
i also have a ignition advancer added on and blue flame end can.
add to that a 2 tooth extra rear sprocket (and a speedo healer to fix the error on speed)
and performance wise is has all i need from a touring bike

the nitron race shock on the rear and Ktec worked over front forks and a jack up kit on rear and forks droped through 10mm sort out the handling about as much as i need to.

A good standard Gen 1 will make around 120 - 122bhp so yours is well within the frame, since on any given day dyno results can vary by up to 5% just on weather conditions/operator test technique etc etc.  Tired plugs, dirty air filter, an overtight, worn or poorly lubed chain can all combine to rob you of several bhp, too.

Stock jetting is rich on the main jets at full throttle.  Don't lose any sleep over that.  More important is how the motor responds to part-throttle inputs lower down the rev range.

If it feels good to ride, forget the dyno results and enjoy what you've got.

If you feel the need for more, though, Ivan's is the way to go. :)
