Hi everyone I'm sorry if this has been asked a million time's but I'm still learning  (mechanically). I'm doing some upgrades to my 2004 fazer 1000 with the help of my cousin who is a mechanical but is away abroad for the next 2 weeks. I'm going to order HEL braided brake lines and there's 2 options on their site. OEM replacements 3 front & 1 rear or full length race 2 front & 1 rear. Could anyone please advise me on the right choice to make. The full length race option is £30 cheaper but I don't want to make the wrong choice. Again sorry for my lack of knowledge I've just started taking more of an interest in the mechanical side after over 20 years riding and I'm learning from the best in your guys. Going for a haircut and half way through it looks great then 5 mins later when they are finished  it looks fecking worse than when you first went in!! And the bastards charge you for it!! And you tell them it looks great when it's terrible!! I just shave my head now.

Thanks mickvp I got my fzs 1000 6 weeks ago with very little service history with 42250 on the clock. It runs great though and my plan is to take her into dynotech in Hillington for a full service and get everything checked and mabey ask them to fit my ivan slip on kit while it's in there that's if they can do it the ivans way.
