Wouldn't mind learning a bit of wheeling.
Anyone any guides on the best way to do it on the 600 fzs?

I get the front on by rolling along in 1st and then off the throttle and back on it, front comes up well, however i nearly had an off on one of my other bikes by doing clutch wheelies and never really fancied doing it again!

On my Fazer it was, get up to 8,000rpm in 2nd, shut throttle dab front brake and crack her open letting off brake (do this very fast, so as to compress then decrompress forks) let the front rise on the throttle and find the centre of gravity. Cover the r brake and if you poop yourself shut off the throttle or dab the r brake.
It will hammer head bearings and chains etc. so be gentle

There was a bit in MCN a couple of weeks ago about wheelie school on Fazers.


Apparently you get to 30 (in first?), dip the clutch and give it some gas.

plenty of tips on the internet so go research but always cover the back brake. Also beware o doing it on public roads as it is a possible DD charge or Reckless or at least 'not being in full control' as I well know, if you get seen and stopped. With standard gearing it's a piece of piss to get the front up but easier in first to start with, but as said, it will hammer the head bearings if you bang it down to hard.
