 :'(Hi guys I've got a weird one on my fazer 600 fzs 03 it's created a severe vibration/buzzing through the bike from idle upto top end
I've just had it serviced carbs balanced chain and sprocket set new pirelli tyres and tightened all bolts still the same it's from the  tank seat foot rests. It does have a bit of clutch rattle but disappears when engaged having a new 1 next week I'm out of ideas
Anyone got suggestions plz will b appreciated unrideable as is cheers also looking for belly pan and down pipes for same

Hi Mort,
you say the vibrations there when stationary so it's probably not from the transmission. Does it disappear when you pull the clutch in?
Also, have a look at the carb rubbers does the vibration change in tone if you touch/move the carb rubbers a little?

Loosen the exhaust mounting bolt on the right passenger foot rest, does the vibration reduce or get worse?

Tighten it again before you ride it :eek
