No help for you.  But have fun, it'd be a laugh, especially if there are other similar bikes there so you have some competition!

Actually I've got some advice.  Don't flip it!

Sage advice :D That's why I was thinking full fuel, for a bit of extra weight at the front end. They do say they run similar machines together so hoping for a 600 class.
I can always out-drag my mate on his Gsxr6 away from the lights. Of course it may just be that he's a spaz on the clutch. I'm also hoping the shorter distance gives the Fazers strength, i.e. a strong midrange a bit of and advantage.

If I were closer I'd certainly be up for it ..... but on the Tiger. I can get that away far quicker than the Fazer and have had some decent scalps. Never done a 1/8 mile but managed a decent 10.72 on the stock Tiger over a 1/4 mile.
Those are my principles...if you don't like them I have others.

You don't say where it is.

My Friend and I used to run these sidecars at a few events. 11 - 13 sec 1/4 miles  :lol

and this

Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Its on a private track on the outskirts of Exeter  :D
I went through the timestamp on the vid and the GSR ran  0-100 in 7.6 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 12.3 @119mph I was whoever was on the Fazer was a bit faster than that. You can see it pull away as it hits third. the 1/4 mile mark is about 10 feet past the first bridge.

Seems hard to believe you out dragged a GSXR600! I used to have one of the first (srad) ones & it did about 70 in first! The fazer feels way slower in comparison although the power is not dissimilar, the Suzuki revved a lot quicker.
