That's a very good time for somebody who has just started running , I'm not anywhere near that time yet , I will be 50 in march , I started running last may and hadn't done any running since I left school , I will be taking part in the Bristol 10k on May 31st and am looking to do it in an hour , I am currently running twice a week , doing strength training twice a week and stretch training twice a week , plus cycling to work 5 miles each way , when i'm on days , as Noggy says it can be addictive , I bought myself a tomtom multisport watch at Christmas to help improve my times , you can set it to race a previous time . I am hoping to take part in Bristol half Marathon in September .
