Healight/Speedo....Bracket Fixing....

Not sure what this is called but the Arm that bolts on to the front of the frame and holds the lights/speedo/cowling...

As below, i cannot see anywhere the Torque in the Manual for its 2 securing bolts...???

Any ideas?  :\

Other note:
The headlight bracket fits on with the two bolts onto the centre frame?
Think that's what you have to copy for your new clocks, this will keep them in situ for you I think. :)

yep - might buy a stock one and modify it if i can else take it to a local fabricators etc...
