Just changed my diet and a little exercise. Have mostly cut out carbs. Am cooking chicken with vegetables,(peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, baby corn, chillies and onion) all cooked in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with sea salt and coarse black pepper. It's foccing delicious. Then instead of eating pasta with it, I've been eating it mostly on it's own. When I do feel like a carb boost I cut up some potatoes really small and roast them the same way.
Been doing some sit-ups and press-ups every day and the odd bit of sport sex.  :lol
Wasn't expecting that answer tbh but well done you as most of us put weight on over Xmas period,
maybe you should start a cooking thread :rollin :rollin

Now then Im not convinced, just watched a promo of them in action the whole process just looks a bit slap dash - jetwash - degreaser everywhere then another jetwash then blow what remains into areas the jet wash didnt drench then a quick mask off the wheels with a bed sheet and then spray ACF50 everywhere.
So now your chain is de oiled and all your piviot points degreased and washed out. ACF50 all over your engine which will burn off, of course it all looks shiny as it is soaked in ACF50 and that ACF50 will do a great job of stopping all your plastics from rusting.

a trusty skoda 1.3 pick up,use it for work and picking up neglected blue fazers that will never be back on the road   :pokefun .......only running on two cylinders, checked the ecu last night and iam getting a good pulsed signal to the coil pack, one pack that sits on top of the spark plugs that houses two coils, will drop into euro car parts on the way home tonight, expect i`ll have to order it but might get lucky  :thumbup  .....only a short 5 mile across town ride to get to work but roads very greasy and everyone on auto pilot  :eek

I'm convinced enough to have paid for it especially as I ride all weathers every day if I was a fair weather rider I probably wouldn't bother as your bikes don't get so filthy and corroded by the salt therefore easy to clean yourself
