Moved her to winter quarters.Took delivery of braided brake hoses so have now got all the consumables for an "end to end" service during the rainy/cold/dark season :)

I checked the links (thanks) and all of em incorporate a chain guard. I been lookin ever since I bought the bike and havn't been able to find a hugger without the guard.

Buy one and cut the guard part off, then put ya metal work skills to use and make a bracket up  :rolleyes

Fitted new Conti Road Attacks. Feels weird as front seemed heavy checked the tyre pressures with my own gauge 32 front and 39 rear.
Now 36 &42 will see what happens tomorrow blowing a gale today so went and had a few beers. :lol
well got out for a good run  today took it steady for the first 50 miles as the bike did feel completely different than when on the BT020's Slowly gained confidence and started flicking the bike around. Covered 120 miles and well what a difference just did not want to go home fun day. All set for the run up to Valencia moto gp this weekend.
Think I have made a good choice of tyre here, will have to wait and see how long they last on these Spanish roads.

The headlights are sh!# on my 00 fzs600.   Had to open my visor to check it wasn't that.  Scary! Is there an upgrade for the headlights?

Working from home today and the sun came out.  Suddenly I remembered I needed to collect summink from the office in Dorset for a works trip next week.  Nice 1hr ride out then cup a tea at the office looking out the window at the fazer then the 1 hr ride back, lovely.   Quick wash down to get the wet road crud off, picked up along the way.  Then rolled back into the garage.   Heated datatool grips felt marvellous!  Enjoyed that.

Took a ride out to the bowling alley for a few frames with my brother. It was cold inside so I kept my great on. The look could really catch on I think...

Went to work on it and got it wet eek on the way home. Had to spend half an hour drying it off before I put it to bed.

Tank off, Nosecone off, new air filter & fuel filter in. Going to do 1 service job a day starting with complete brake overhaul then when its all done will polish it to try & achieve the "Doddsie Look"!

Rode around A40/M40 land getting wet and then headed back into London. No problem with the bike which had tons of grunt just problems with my so-called waterproof jacket and rubbish 'Winter' gloves.Good job I've ordered new ones. 8)

Rode to Devon along the A303 last night in the rain, spent some time cleaning it today with my old man's limited collection of cleaning bits and bobs.

PS: every time I go on the A303 I have some sort of 'run-in' with a boy racer or twat executive type in a BMW/Audi/VW. Last night it was a boy racer in Seat.
Someone sent me a postcard picture of the earth. On the back it said, "Wish you were here."

Boy racer are there for your enjoyment when you leaving them for dead. :lol
A few years ago I took an S1000RR for a test ride, a Boy racer in an M5 was acting the idiot in front of me. I decided to over take and foc off. Just as I went to overtake Boy racer dropped a gear (obvious from the puff of black smoke from the exhaust) to take me on. I dropped 2 and was gone My friend behind me on and R1200GS pulled up along side him and said he was looking dumbfounded in the M5. My friend looked in at him and shook his head, passed and met me at a petrol station 5 miles up the road and told me what had happened. The M5 guy pulls in and get out and asked "Whats that" I just said "one very fast motorbike" and rode off.  :rollin :rollin :rollin
