I've got a datatool veto alarm in the box ready to fit, might change my mind now
Maybe it's not the same model as mine, but the one I have is specific to the Fazer and is made to mainly plug in to the bikes loom so didn't think there was much if any wiring modification ( I must admit I haven't looked at the instructions properly)
I can scan in the instruction sheet for you if it'll help.

hi taylor how are you mate, iv been googling the datatool veto alarm and the amount of people say there crap, well its alot, but paying for a new battery ain't cheap last battery was £82 , but halfords do a price match so i found a battery online for £44 so they matched it, but im stuck on 2 connectors under the seat that needs to have a loop, well get there in a minute

Morning fazerboy and anyone else with alarm problems
I've now uploaded a copy of the Installation instructions for the Datatool alarm - it's in the 'Useful Stuff' section of the Downloads area.
Hope this helps you to get your bike running again

I was only kidding, the only thing holding me back from getting it finished is a lack of free time.
That's not likely to change soon as I'm having to go out of the country with work for the next few weeks
It'll get finished sometime!

Mainly just put it all back together for now, I've just been tarting it up a bit as i only bought it as a cheap hack.
I've stripped all the front end to clean it up and repaint some of the rustier/scabbier bits like the front of the engine and the fork legs. The previous owner seems to have been scared of maintaining or even washing it!
Luckily I've not been without a bike while I've been doing this so haven't had to rush it. I could have ridden it as it was but my OCDs kicked in a bit so there's been a fair bit of cleaning, sanding, shot blasting, polishing and painting going on
Here's a couple of quick shot of where I'm up to at the mo......getting there

They're standard black at the moment and a bit scabby so I might eventually get them powder coated but not sure of what colour......maybe dark silver, like a shadow chrome.
That's for the future though as if I don't stop doing bits like that I'll never get out on it. I've already had it 2 months and not ridden it yet
