For you the closest might be Digger Seats in Newport

There is also Tony Archer

Or any number of covers on eBay if you want to go the DIY route.

I have a P&P seat with Gel inserts (looks like standard but with new cover), very comfortable for 350 + mile days and a Digger seat with additional padding and raised seat height.

Highly recommend digger seats, seen a lot of his work and all have been done well. Not heard one complaint either.
Need to get mine done as the stitching is starting to gap. But never seem to find the cash to spare.

I'm having my Bagster seat repaired. There was a small tear in the vinyl and it was broke underneath. Also the interior foam was too hard so that is being replaced. Marc from Saddlesoreted is doing the work. Once I get the seat back I'll tell you all about it.

Is fitting it difficult? and like some other covers on eBay, are they designed to fit over your existing cover?

You could fit over the existing cover but I removed it, It was easy to fit but I've done 2 or 3 before and have an air stapler.

Bagstar do seat covers as well as seats. You fit them over the existing seat and staple in place. I have been using one of their covers for a couple of years now and it still looks like new. http://www.bagster.com/en/showroom-sellerie.php?id=4 (http://www.bagster.com/en/showroom-sellerie.php?id=4)

Tony Archer in Huddersfield...good quality work very reasonably priced...got mine refoamed and re covered a couple of years ago pipeing to match the bike colour £60  I genuinely thought he had given me the wrong quote when I saw the seat on the workbench it looked that good, and good quality foam made a huge difference to distance comfort

I got mine re-foamed and re-covered by Tony Archer at the end of last year for £80. I'd recommend getting the foam replaced as it does go off after time, the difference between the new foam and the 13 year old foam was noticeable after just a few miles.
