genuine fairing?

saw this in cannes when passing through on hols. does anyone know if its a yamaha part or some other supplier? any idea if they are still available ?

The lower fairing is by a Spanish company called TCP Aerodynamics.

Google search seems to show you can still buy these fairings new:
