Hi, I had similar leak but around the oil level sensor. The IPC showed them as an assembly, anyone here have the dimension of that Oring or know any other bike models that used same Oring for oil level sensor?

Rear Wheel Bearings & Seal BikeBearings UK kit YA001 1 x Koyo or INA sealed needle bearing ref bkm354220-1UU 1 x 60/28 2RS sealed race ball bearing 1 x 35mm x 52mm x 8mm seal
Hi guys, as above the 60/28 2RS should be installed on the right side of rear wheel ? The existing oem bearing seems to be not covered by a seal on the outboard side of the bearing cage , except that the one installed as oil seal on hub. Is it fine to get those that has seal on both sides of the bearing cage on this item? It shouldn't be hindering anything there i supposed? Pls advise. Thank u.

It could be your lever mounting hole elongated, bushing material is harder than the lever. U try to put in the bushing to the lever mount hole see if there's excessive movement when u rotate it, if it is...change the lever to get a more accurate feel.

Probably removed the start switch assy, clean it and try. Sometimes it's the contact there too..

I am waiting for an answer too, I not sure that part number is compatible with the oem not. Anyone tried replacing the needle valve alone before? which bike using same or compatible ones?

Hi, I saw ebay selling the float needle valves with this part number 18-8944 by KL supply. Is this the correct part for gen 1 fzs1000? I am looking to replace them without the valve seats. Currently oem only sold in a set which I don't think it's necessary. Anyone bought that needles individually without seats before?

Today I removed the carb assy for cleaning , found my OE needle got 5 slots and previous owner e-clip it at 3rd position from top, with plastic spacer and 1 washer below. The question is, how come stock needle got slots? It's written on the needle 129 for #1 & #4 , 130 for #2 & #3..is this the euro needle?

Hi Falcon,
Noted, thx u for the suggestions. Raven actually suggest to change to 127.5 Mj for all with airbox mod as well, but since I already installed the 130 MJ, will just leave it and will try out what u suggested 1mm shimmed height on OE needle with air fuel mixture screw out by 3 turns.

Thank u falcon, I asked because some mentioned 2.5 turns out and some said 3. I don't have the 90 deg tool for turning that air fuel mixture screw once installed carb back, so I want get more suggestions esp from people that know the stuffs. I will try keep it 3 turns out with above config & shimmed with only 1mm thick washer under e-clip with that plastic spacer. Current situation my 1st carb seems always misfire and fouled the plug tht suspecting the float valve sleeve oring deteriorated and caused the fuel leakage into the cylinder. I would like to take the opportunity to reaffirm everything once carb out for cleaning.
