Curse the weather
« on: 27 February 2014, 12:23:20 am »
Nice sunny day today. Not too cold.

Of course today I had to do a blinkin' long journey in the cage. It's tomorrow when I'm taking the bike in for a service & MOT.

...tomorrow, when it is going to be hissing down and freezing.

 :rolleyes

Weather was actually really good. (Useless f...orecasters).

Bill was a bit of a choker though.

£281 for a 30K service  :eek :'( , MOT and a not-fixed exup cable  :eek . Which will be a further £145 plus fitting plus VA-Theft. Think I'll get a new inner and do it myself.

Apart from new pads it was filters & fluids. Next time DITS (Yorkshire DIY).

no snow but plenty of ice cold rain. The 15 mile A-road trip was quite painful in my summer gloves, bought some waterproof over-gloves for the trip home  :)
