phone numbers

Could any who have my number send me a text as I've changed phone and lost the stored numbers :/

Hi Midden,
 Did this myself with a new phone. Did you keep the same sim? If so could you put sim in old phone and transfer numbers to sim and put back in new phone and transfer to contacts?
