You might be lucky if you do it asap , I booked mine 2 days after ferry places were released and I couldn't get the sailings I wanted but if you've got a big budget you might get something, look up regency travel they are the TT partner travel company.
I know home stay has not long been released and some flights or the alternative is that a lot of people book ferry sailings pay a deposit then either change their mind or can't pay so they get all the cancellations at the end of this month or early Feb.
