Title: Front forks on a Y reg FZS600...
Post by: Ben600 on 21 June 2012, 12:51:06 am
Hi all, Im relatively new to this Fazer malarky, well, new to paying attention to my 'daily' bike.

I have been wondering... since I have purchased the bike, I have had the front forks re sprung etc to suit my weight. However, numerous people have told me that the forks aren't standard, due to the adjuster on the top (preload).
So I am asking, did the 2000/2001 bikes have the preload as standard?

Thanks all, Im loving my fazer btw :)

According to this (http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,34.0.html), preload adjustment was added in 2000  :)
