Owdo, folks.
IveI just got my self an 03 fazer thou.
Its crackin bike.
Now, just a slight problem with it. There's some play in the rear wheel bearings . My question is, how do you remove the needle roller bearings

Welcome aboard,
Usually the needle bearing does not give trouble and replacing the most likely suspect the bearing on the disc side will resolve the issue.To remove the bearing, remove the disc side dust seal the retaining circlip, remove the sprocket hub and cush drives. remove the spacers
Push out the disc side bearing first and then with a close fitting drift push out the needle bearing housing. You may need to apply some heat to the hub to assist the removal of the needle bearing housing.
Download the manual in the downloads section for torque setting and see what the exploded views of the wheel and other items
