Fuel Tank Draining
« on: 11 April 2014, 05:19:29 pm »
I have drained tank and cant get the last bit of slush/rusted fuel out of the tank. I've taken off everything but it still has rusted fuel in it. Any tips on how to remove the remaining stuff?

Try throwing in a few handfuls of clean nuts and bolts and some petrol. Shake it around, drain it out and do it again a few times

To get the last bit out you just have to keep shaking and jiggling it about until it all (or nearly all) finds the exit.
