If u r filtering and any high vehicle that blocks ur vision to the left stops then u should stop also.....if u stay back a bit u can avoid the vehicle pulling out and he won't have to break.....there not nobs Darrsi just people pulling out of junctions because they have been let out. If u were to hit the vehicle in this scenario u would be liable.

People moaning about being stuck in Egypt, they should try getting stuck in Grantham for a night......
On coming traffic swerving in to the middle when we are filtering is Fukin nobish I agree. When that happens I just stop and they won't hit anything stationary. Even if u were to pull slightly past the vehicle that's stopped to let someone out of "any side road" and u had stopped also....it would go 50/50 because of ur road position. Always best to hang back a little if ya can.

Back to fireworks, there has to be some law introduced as to the size of ones that you can buy for your garden. Last year right next to my car was the remnants of a rocket it was about the size of a loo roll and quite thick and solid plastic at the bottom, if that had hit the car it would of put a dent in it. People in their back gardens are sending these things up without a care in the world as to where the remains will fall.I also found the stick in the road which was about 3 feet long and 1/4inch thick FFS
And as if to prove my point look what I found, I took this picture exactly where it lay this afternoon in the court yard of sharp hall, from last nights lot. Its only a small one this time but must of hit the car
