Brilliant !! Brilliant!! Brilliant!! Brilliant!! Brilliant!! the fabulous Johnie Rea took his fifth world title today,after intense pressure early season from Beautista he did what he does best and won it in style with his 12th win of the year.Lets hope he gets a bit more recognition from joe public this time for a phenominal effort. :woot :woot

Absolutely amazing achievement.  :thumbup Great character with a great never give up attitude. Just shows consistency pays off.
Who would have said after the first four rounds that Rea would be champion with two rounds to go  :)

Alex Lowes confirmed as Johnnie's new team mate for next season. He'll no doubt be guaranteed a seat in Kawa's Suzuka team next year as well. This was the sticking point that caused Toprak to leave Kawasaki, as he was excluded from Suzuka this year, which caused Alex to be let go by Pata Yamaha. WSB will be  very exciting next year with Scott joining the foray in Bautista's seat.
