Ordeing original parts online
« on: 12 July 2016, 11:29:08 am »
Who are everyone using for ordering original Yam parts online? Trying to order a rad cap.

Today using the phone:
Motts Basingstoke -  "sorry out parts guys is out today"
Infinity - "Do you have the chassis number?" no "well I need it to order anything" - followed by a - really? can't you just look it up? "no"

You do wonder sometimes, so who's the recomended on line parts place for OEM parts?

cheers

Markie

Try Fowlers, they've always been good for spares and there's diagrams online.

Thanks Freck

It took me less time to register, find the part and order it (take note Infinity!!) than I spent on the phone with Infinity :)

And they wonder why some places go bust that have iffy customer service.

cheers
