I've never used it. I use Power Director 12. I'm pretty sure Andy Man Cam doesn't use it either.

Rattle can paint, primer, aluminium colour and clear coat. Looooaaads of layers.
They were really corroded, took 4 hours just to get that sorted. 58

FZS600 Fazer / Re: tyre sizes« on: 04 June 2014, 06:04:51 pm »
I've just had new tyres fitted. I did have 120/70 180/55 and it was all wrong, according to the chap at the shop. They didn't seem to wear oddly but now that I have proper sizes on there it seems to handle a little bit better.
I now have 120/60 and 160/60 62

I've just chucked a set of Michelin Pilot Power's on. They're pretty good so far I'm almost scrubbed in bar the edges, I had Pilot Road's on before and these definitely seem to be an improvement on those.
£190 ride in ride out for 120/60 and 160/60. You can have dual compound too for about £20-£30 more. 64

FZS600 Fazer / Re: Fuel type & MPG« on: 20 May 2014, 09:11:07 am »
I don't know if it does actually give you more in the real world but I was in the habit of using the highest octane fuel available since driving a modified turbo car (reduced chance of detonation) so I still do. My bike has never had lower than 97ron since I've owned it. In fact I actually notice a difference in how the engine behaves from one fuel to the next. If I use Shell V power the bike doesn't seem 'quite' the same. It only likes Esso 97...

Sorry for the delay, here are some more detailed pictures. I can't really show any more without taking things apart.
The clocks are attached to the top yoke, I don't know if the FZS has the same points as mine. 70

I don't know the ins and outs of anything 'extra' needed because this is from the factory like this (minus the clip ons). But as far as I know the clocks are the same as the XJR400 and the top yoke probably is too.
I'll have a look at grabbing some more detailed shots tomorrow. 72

Here are a few, anything you actually need? I'll get some closer pictures tomorrow.

Thanks I don't know it is standard naked from the factory (JDM) Mine is a FZ400 so the XJR400 clocks probably wouldn't match up with the 600 fazer. But maybe the the XJR600 would? 74

Have you made any progress on this? Mine is naked from the factory, I could provide any pictures you may need?

I don't know if it helps but mine has XJR400 parts, (from the factory) the instrument panel and headlight including bracket I believe.
Oh and I salute you going naked Sir. |
