Plenty of signs nearby for me... not enough time to pop out though

In fact, living in Bristol we have several as Bristol is split between Bristol County and South Gloucestershire County

Might be able to get a shot tomorrow providing the weather holds :P

Next Challenge: Your bike near a suspension bridge

Near can be defined as within 200~ metres - not in the background a couple of miles away :P

Bonus points for being ON the bridge?

Wo wo wo go back a bit Im sure the intent was counties ie Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire and not the sign down the road between city and county

This is a county border between Bristol County and South Gloucestershire County - they are two distinct counties but the border is within the confines of Bristol CITY

Pretty sure its valid... but looks like its to be put to a vote...

Also, literally about 200 yards up the road is the matching South Gloucestershire County signpost but Google for some reason has gotten that close... http://goo.gl/maps/6RW6P

That's what I learnt today - Bristol is unusual (unique?) in being a county as well as city.

Yup - it was formed after Avon County was disbanded over a decade ago
