just won this what is the best way to try to get it clean again

put it look like it need very deep clean any help  :think

Autosol.....labour of love,took me over 4hrs but well worth it
Loads of bikes owned...but my fazer 600 and thou were and are the best ive owned

scotchbrite is great stuff for jobs like that, use a fine grade and it will soon look better.

Wire wool is for puffs! Use bare fingers,and be at one with ur pipes! :b
Loads of bikes owned...but my fazer 600 and thou were and are the best ive owned

but it does mean less cleaning and more riding :D

Wipe it off the downpipes before you fire the bike up, a bit of heat and it will stick like foc! :eek

hi all it me again  :rolleyes  well i going to fit it in week or so it look like it will fit without a link pipe to my genuine silencer is that true or do i need a link pipe?
plus do i need a new seal for silencer to the headers (i have got set of seals for the pots)

I believe you don't need a link pipe as its incorporated in the silencer on the original can thats why you need a link pipe with after market cans.
If i'm wrong no doubt i'll be abused and you will be notified of the right answer. :)

You need a seal as the pipes are a different diameter, the seal is quite thick.
