I found a few Fazer bits in the garage the other day so might as well see if anyone needs them.
Standard end can - £10 Set of front and rear indicators and standard relay (won't split to individuals) - £20 standard screen - £5
I think I've also got a pair of front bluespot calipers somewhere (some of the pistons are a bit tatty) - £30
I'd rather not post but will at buyer's expense. To complicate things, some of the gear is in Hull, some in Manchester.
Open to sensible offers, PM for details/pics.

I'm afraid I've got bad news, I've put a deposit down on a new bike and am using the Fazer for PX.
I'll still come on here though, I enjoy the banter and I might need to keep my eye on the for sale section...

Hiya, I'm down in your neck of the woods for work in a few weeks in Bracknell and fancy finally meeting some of you for a ride out. Anyone fancy a get together?
I'd like to visit Ace as I've never been but not if it means missing out on some better riding roads in the area...
Any ideas?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-23713732The new measures to combat "antisocial driving" are coming into force today but a few of the bullet points concerned me, "Overtaking and pushing into a queue of traffic" & "Being in the wrong lane and pushing into a queue on a roundabout" How will these effect filtering? I can't find anything on the interweb and the department of transport statement/news coverage is especially vague. The IAM and MAG haven't said anything on their respective websites either. I think it's going to come down to discretion of the officer, we're all doomed...

I'm visiting Bracknell for work in a month for a week and was hoping to find a bike friendly hotel/B&B. Does anyone know of one in the area? I'm working north west of the center and am happy to ride a while to get into work.
By bike friendly I mean somewhere to put my bike at night that's safe, I realise the area isn't going to be a crime capital but knowing it's indoors/off road and chained down will help me sleep easier.
Cheers

This has happened twice now and I can't work out how the fix got rid of the problem.
Came home from work on the bike tonight and was due back out within half an hour. Went back out, turned ignition on and pressed the starter button and nothing just oil and fuel light coming on with the button. Thought it needed a bump start so gave it a go, nothing. Tried bumping again, still nothing. Bollocks.
Bike back into the garage, multimeter out to test fuses and they're all OK. Must be the starter relay or motor, tested them. Testing suggested the relay was toast so got that out and started looking for another of Fleabay.
Looking over the wiring diagram I noticed I could just bridge the terminals and still use my bike for work so back in the relay went. Ignition on, bridged the relay and the starter motor started going off but the engine still didn't fire. Battery voltage was fine, well it must be the fuel pump or pump relay, where are they then? Back into the house for another read of Haynes and back out to the garage.
Hang on, has the pump been clicking? Turns out it wasn't. I thought, why not try the diagnostic before getting the tank up. I unplugged the TPS turned on the ignition and the fuel pump started going mad. After resetting, the bike started on the button.
Any ideas what caused this and how the fix worked? I wasted a good three hours trying to work out what was wrong and it turns out nothing, it starts fine now.

I want to use to use my phone as a satnav by mounting it on the handlebars, there's plenty of kit available on the net but I was wondering what others have tried? I want to keep the phone dry and charged but not too bothered about listening to the directions.

Time's catching up on my old rear tyre and I'm in the market for a replacement, now I'm not interested in brands here just wondering what sizes people run. I'm thinking of switching to a different brand through a pair deal seeing as I can swap both tyres for £20 extra in some cases.
Do you stick with the recommended 110/70ZR17 on the front and 160/60ZR17 on the rear or do you mix it up and why? Is there any real danger/advantages to fitting a slightly different profile?
Also, which are the reputable online dealers?

Turns out the leathers I've bought are too small so I'm after a 2-piece set and need a bit of advice,
Does anyone know a shop where I can pick up some cheap? What brands accommodate legs larger than Mick Jagger's?
