Hi. I had this troipc 3 weeks ago.: http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,21967.0.html , about lots of gasolin from the carburetors. I got the bike from the workshop today, and they had quite a job with almost all of the carburetor gaskets I got the valves checked, new gaskets, balancing and carburetor adjustment. The adjustment was needed, i have KN filter and an aftermarked can.It runs very nicely now and the price was 533 euro or 459 GBP.Have a nice day

Hi. Just took my wonderful 1998 Fazer out for the first ride this year. The carburetor’s nr. 2 and 3 is dripping gasoline. Any idea? Is it the Oring from the floaters house or? It started dripping when the fuelpumpe had finished making pressure.

Hi. i have a problem with my front fork. When i drive from 140 km/h and beyond, the front fork begins to shake (forward and backward) like the wheel is out of balance. With 190 km/t it is pretty bad. Could it be the wheel? It is worse under acceleration. From 0-130 there is no problem.

Hi. Have anybody expirence with another tyre size than the recomanded? Original size is: Front 110/70 ZR17 and Rear 160/60 ZR17. How about Front 120/70 ZR 17 and Rear 170/60 ZR17? Almost all new bikes from 500 cc - 800 cc, have 120 and 180 tyre.

Hi. I got a problem recently. When i am giving full trottle, it is just like the bike is holding the power a little back and if i turn the trottle a bit back from full trottle, i get a lot of power. The problem is mostly i 3-6 gear. Is the engine running too lean and need adjustment, or is it something else? I have only had my lovely Fazer for 4 month. The previous owner have changed the air filter to an high flow airfilter and a another exhaust.

Hi. My brother got a leak on a coolant hose (See picture) We have replaced the hose and now it is working fine. My question is: What does the coolant do on the carbs?
Bye the way, the inlet rubbers on the carbs dont look good, is replacement needed?

Hi! I have bought my wonderful Fazer 600 in august, but I was not so happy about the headlight. So, the project this winter was to remove the original reflectors and mount a Bi-Xenon kit from Retrofit Lab. I chose the kit with 4.300 Kelvin. (I don’t like the blue light) Replacing the original reflectors was smooth; thanks to the video form Retrofit Lab. It was a little bit more difficult to find a good place for the Slim Ballasts, but I managed to find a place under the speedo. After that it was easy to make the rest of the wiring, but when I used the cable restraints to fasten the connectors, one connector broke. But lucky wise, there was a spare connector and now it is working fine. The wiring is not plug and play, but it is ok. And WOW, now I got plenty of light on the bike. Only one problem left. There is no room for the position light!! I have to find a shorter connector. I hope the pics is ok and do ask questions, if you have any.

Hi I have a broken holder on the fairing. It is the holder for the inside plastic cover on each side of the tank. Is this a standard problem?
I have used Epoxy glue and two homemade metal pieces. I hope this will fix it.
