Went for a 130 mile blast on the thundercat into the lakes to see my dad. Forgot how tiring it is screaming a 600cc bike to 13k on the twisties, I'm knackered! :-[

Fiddled with the FJ 1200 - got a Thundercat 17" back wheel which after measuring seems as though it'll be a simple fit. Wheel spindle is the same diameter (although the 'Cat one is hollow), just 8mm to take off the spacer on the chain side and 8mm skim off the caliper carrier on the other side. Sprocket is the same offset from the wheel centre-line as the FJ and the FJ sprocket even fits straight onto the 'Cat carrier. Rear FJ caliper also fits directly onto the 'Cat carrier and the torque arm mountings are the same. Woo hoo!

Don't think so mate, thought the T-cat ran a 180, not the 160?
Checked the MOT on the car as I knew it was due this month... It expired in mid March :|Apparently I got rather confused - March is sort of like May... they both start ma-Managed to book it in today so now sat in a reception waiting on the verdict...
