Doddle mate. Although the step by step guide on pats site is for the Ivan's removal kit, most of the steps are still the same so I followed that for the most part.
The hole shot kit is very well made, one thing to bear in mind though is that you will need blue high temp locative for the grub screws (loctite 242), and you also need some copper based high temp gasket sealant as well which you stick in the aluminium bungs before fitting to make sure you get a seal.
You will also need a few litres of coolant as well as removing the radiator is required for access.
Really simple, a bit fiddly to get the AIS out from the top once all the pipes and bolts are off, but it just takes a bit of wiggling to get it oriented right to come out.
It does give a good bit of extra space above the engine though, so it's worth doing if you want a wee bit more extra room in there, and a tiny weight saving as well.
I've noticed the bike doesn't seem to pop and bang on a closed throttle as much since doing it, but I assume that's normal.
