Hi From West Yorkshire
« on: 22 November 2016, 07:48:29 pm »
Evening all, hi there from a Noob in West Yorkshire (Ilkley to be exact). I just bought me a foxeye Fazer, absolutely delighted as my first big bike back in 2001 was a Fazer, got rid LONG before I explored its full potential so really looking forward to playing with one again. If the f***ing rain eases off for long enough, all our roads are flooded right now....

Hi and welcome, stick a picture up of your Fazer, hopefully it is a fast red one :) and not a slow blue one :'(

Hi again all. The bike has arrived, no pics yet due to weather work or being too busy riding it! Not a fast red (or slow blue) - it's a silvery blue grey metallic. Plenty fast mind, gonna be a load of fun. Now has some Oxford heated grips on board, next job an oil change. Runs like sewing machine right now though, very pleased especially since it was bought blind. Only issue is a small crack below the front offside indicator as well as a bit of minor grazing suggesting it had a stationary drop at some point. Next spring I'll get it fixed, I know a man who can...
Oh and it has a Delkevic can and headers, an improvement on stock sound without p*ssing off the neighbours at 6.15 when I set off to work. As they say round these parts, Chuffin' Great!
