Mine are slightly bent. Rather than get a scaffold pole on them to straighten them, or get a second hand set, to save me getting the tape measure out, what Renthals are closest to standard FZS600 ones?

Depends what you mean by close mate? Renthals tend to be slightly wider and lower, in my experience, even a 10mm will make them feel very different, which you may like or want. Your best bet is to measure and use their comparison tool https://www.renthal.com/worksfit/ (https://www.renthal.com/worksfit/)
I'm guessing the closest will be the their road low or high versions. You will also have to drill them to position the throttle and switch gear and watch for fouling the firing on full lock.

I put a set of Renthal 758 ultra lows on my old Fazer. Pics and write up here: https://www.beginnerbiker.com/2015/06/renthal-bars-758-ultra-low-handlebar-review/ (https://www.beginnerbiker.com/2015/06/renthal-bars-758-ultra-low-handlebar-review/)
Definitely lower and wider than stock though, but very useable and no hassles with fouling tank/fairing. Couldn't tell you if other Renthal's are closer to stock Fazer bars though.

i am thinking about height and width as I find the standard bars are fine for me. Will get the tape measure out.

most popular i would say is renthal road medium, which if you click on gnashers link its no. 755. I have met a couple who have these and all say its a comfortable set up obviously bit wider than standard and a little bit higher.
