I own my own motoring news and car forum called viva potenza, so perhaps I am a bit biased to what's best. I spend a lot of time on here too because it has a good buzz about the place.

And I used to be an admin on detailing world, Europe's biggest detailing site. This is a good forum for the most anal of car cleaning people.

I've been a member on quite a few forums over the years but I'm only active on here, detailing world.

This is by far the best community on a forum I've been on and I love it here.

Detailing world is a very usefull site for my hobby and there are many helpfull people on there plus handy discounts etc but it is such a big forum that there is quite a lot of useless things and mindless people so I don't post very often there, just keep up to date with new products and showroom threads for ideas etc. some muppets but you get that anywhere.

Chris

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

Use the TT forum but I find it dead apart from couple weeks before and after TT time, used various bike forums dependant on what bike I had at the time, but I find this one to b the best for info and banter, lots of the others are very quiet and slow to get info from, looks like I need to keep the fazed thou for a while now!

This is pretty much the only forum I am active on - occasionally I'll visit the MGZS forums but usually only when I'm doing research or have a problem...

I used to be quite active on a forum years ago for a game I used to play online (browser based text game) called Solar Empire

Up until very recently I was into classic VWs in a big way but got disillusioned with the scene, the way it's all about the money nowadays and how every shyster is trying to rip you off.

Awkward really seeing as I'm president of Coventry Aircooled Vee-Dub Club and a moderator on Volkstorque.  :\

Similar here, except with me it's a couple of Ford forums for when I have a Mondeo based problem. On those I'm Monoxide Hag as it's an anagram of Mondeo Ghia X.

The Necrophiliac Enthusiasts forum is good, if a little stiff. My forum name there is ColdEthyl.  ;)

I still have a look on Red monkey after owning a ZX7R for two years. It was similar to this site with a number of knowledgeable regular members which kept the forum busy. There are no real moderators on there but a great sense of humour, (once you get the hang of it) and if anyone was overly aggresive they would get jumped on. The only rule of the forum was to fill your profile in. It helped to see what area you lived in to see if you could offer help to a local chap.
The other is pbmag forum. Some excellent bike building going on over there......

www.z1000sx.co.uk also www.cbf1000.com
The SX forum is growing and some good banter there, obviously it is relatively new. The CBF is good if not a bit stuffy, maybe something to do with the age group.
