?? two connectors with the bridging wire ??

Hello Could some tell me what these two connectors with the bridging wire are used for please :rolleyes and the third also please :rolleyes

Alarm connections would be a good bet.

Yeah its for the alarm. one is for immobiliser and the other with 4 wires controls the indicators flashing for the alarm. the last one with no loop on it is a line to the ignition switch as well as a perm live.
I have wired my own alarm to these..  8)

Yes it is the loom for the yamaha alarm system. if you pull out the plugs the bike will not start.
One  disables the starter circuit and the other disables the CDI circuit.

Just to point out that this should not be used as an ignition-switched supply for accessories such as satnav that require a supply whilst on the move.

yeah should have said sorry. my satnav is switched from that but i run that to a relay from the battery.
