FZS 1000 Changes
« on: 10 April 2016, 06:59:49 pm »
My first four cyclinder bike was a fzs 600, was an excellent all rounder. After going through a sports bike stage I decided to go back to the fazer roots so I bought my FZS 1000 last year, as per usual I like changing the bike to how I'd like it to look  :rolleyes .

I've seen some spectacular 1000's on here and would love to see some examples of customizing. Here's what I've done to mine

As you can see its pretty much just cosmetic, but now I focusing on renewing the suspension as its showing wear and is quite soft.

Have a browse through here for inspiration - http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,5311.0.html

I'd recommend replacing the OEM brake lines as Yamaha suggest this should be done after 4 years.

Thanks, I am going to fit some braided lines for sure. Also the bellypan is OEM, actually got it off this forum
