Been on to both Maxton and a suspension supplier and KAIS in the North West [Atherton] both seemed to know there stuff , Maxton being the Most expensive at £330 for revalve , springs and set up for front with a possible 100 to replace cartridges as well total £430 for front, respring rear shock with stiffer spring to suit £100 or replace approx £590 with their own tailor made with ride height adjuster / preload.Total £1100 ish!
KAIS quoted £291 for re-valve and set up for front no mention of wear in cartridges ? and £391 for a hyperpro rear shock again built to order but with no remote ride height adjuster/ preload told if you solo you dont really need to constantly adjust , makes sense. They also could remove the original spring which is too soft unless you weigh 8 stone wet through with a stiffer one for about the same £100 . Any thoughts ? I had an Ohlins on last FZS1000 looked mint but they are nearly a grand for the rear ! 7
